Challenge Forward works towards a more inclusive and sustainable future by bringing together the right people with the right passion. We combine our own experience and that of our expansive network to a broad set of skills and expertise that can serve many different clients and social purposes.

SHORT-TERM SERVICES

Trainings and workshops - We hold trainings and workshops within the areas of children's rights, social innovation, impact strategy, social business modelling and strategy. In the past we have held these trainings for social entrepreneurs, children and youth, civil servants in municipalities and many more.

Research and analysis - We conduct research and produce anaytical reports. They can include both desk based research on publically available information, analysis of client specific data, and/or focus groups and surveys including with children and youth. This has ranged from market analysis on a new work area for an organisation to assessment of how a client organisation operates with regards to children's right or social sustainability and proposed actions and ways forward.

Project management - We can also step into an organisation in interim roles or support on specific projects. This has included stepping in to fill a temporary void as well as supporting during a work peak while long-term recruitment is in progress. After many years of shorter assignments in varied roles, Natalie can quickly understand an organisation and context and deliver results. This is particularly true for work in different countries and Natalie is comfortable with traveling to most places at short notice.

LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS

Challenge Forward also partners with several organisation through long-term collaboration. Much of this work is focused on organizational development and strategy, communication, partner relations and fundraising. Our strength lies in seeing the individuals they are serving as well as the big picture international and national context. We use these skills to understand the vision of our partners and to help them work to achieve that vision. Starting from their vision, the dream world they are working towards, we work to complement their organisation with our specific skills to move their organisations forward.
